Padenghe del Garda, Italy - Club Show, Social Championship and Coursing of Club del Levriero (01/02/03-05-09)

We had a wonderful holiday near Garda Lake to go to the club show of the Italian Club for Shighthounds. We went there with our friends Vida Klenovsek (Petiit Pethaus) and met there lots of friends, like Elena Bertolini (Ca' Frosco Borzoi), Natasha Rihar (Borzoi Volodja) and Sonja with the Borzoi Ninochkas Uvertura (who won the 2nd place exc. in champion class females, congratulations to breeder Andreja Novak and to the magnificent handler Natasha Rihar, who did an excellent job), Lena, Stefano Bergamo (Katnu Borzois) and many others. We had a great time there. The shows were two, though the first day was just for specific breeds, and the third day there was a coursing. On the 2nd of May there was the club show for Borzois and Social Championship, judge Wilfriede Schwerm-Hahne. Bagrijana did well in open class bitches, gaining the 4th place. Dashkova did better winning the first place in junior class and Best Junior Female! Arcana (Ca' Frosco Borzoi) won BOB!! I would like to thank all our friends for the wonderful time.

Arcana exc. 1st open class bitches, CAC, Best Female, BOB I handled her just when the females of intermediate and open class had to go in the ring to award the CAC, for the rest of the day she was handled by Mr. Scotti.

Here I am, back from Ljubljana, Slovenia, from a satisfying week-end. I had to handle a borzoi (Adaweya) from the kennel where Bagrijana comes from ( Ca' Frosco Kennel ), and she got excellent both days at all three shows!! the second day she also got CAC. She is quite a beautiful type of bitch... a little bit small for my taste but beautiful. Lovely head and eye, nice fluid movement, good angulations and a wonderful coat. I had a great time and I would like to thank all the friends, breeders, handlers traders and sellers who made these days special! Reggio Emilia Dog Show Cluster + Specialties (I) - 16-18.03.2018

Wow what a weekend, I'm still on cloud nine and speechless. It's been a while since we've been to the Reggio Emilia shows, but it's always a pleasure to show there, since usually you win mouthwatering local food like cotechino, prosciutto and other goodies (I'd take a big prosciutto over a rosette anytime lol).
