CAC Opatija (HR) - 25.06.2017

While the weather on Saturday was pleasant, on Sunday it was the total opposite. It was a torrid, scorching day, giving us and the dogs some reprieve only towards the afternoon when clouds started gathering over the quaint town of Opatija, Croatia. It was again a successful day for our team, and we thank the judges for appreciating our dogs' qualities.

 With this show, Cookie finished her Croatian Championship. In 4 shows, she gained 4 Best of Breed, 1 Group Win and 2 Group placements. I'm very proud of her, considering she hasn't been shown much after the junior class. I'm very proud of our girl and hope for many more successes in the years to come.

Here I am, back from Ljubljana, Slovenia, from a satisfying week-end. I had to handle a borzoi (Adaweya) from the kennel where Bagrijana comes from ( Ca' Frosco Kennel ), and she got excellent both days at all three shows!! the second day she also got CAC. She is quite a beautiful type of bitch... a little bit small for my taste but beautiful. Lovely head and eye, nice fluid movement, good angulations and a wonderful coat. I had a great time and I would like to thank all the friends, breeders, handlers traders and sellers who made these days special! Reggio Emilia Dog Show Cluster + Specialties (I) - 16-18.03.2018

Wow what a weekend, I'm still on cloud nine and speechless. It's been a while since we've been to the Reggio Emilia shows, but it's always a pleasure to show there, since usually you win mouthwatering local food like cotechino, prosciutto and other goodies (I'd take a big prosciutto over a rosette anytime lol).
