CACIB Trieste + Gradisca d'Isonzo (I) - 13./14.08.2017

A lovely and successful weekend at he double international dog show Treiste and Gradisca d'Isonzo a few weeks ago. It's so nice when you have a dog show only 20 minutes from your own home (although that doesn't mean we're exempted from waking up at the crack of dawn to set up at the show ground, but it sure feels nice to know that the trip back home will be a quick one). Sorry for the photo quality, but they were taken with a phone.

Here I am, back from Ljubljana, Slovenia, from a satisfying week-end. I had to handle a borzoi (Adaweya) from the kennel where Bagrijana comes from ( Ca' Frosco Kennel ), and she got excellent both days at all three shows!! the second day she also got CAC. She is quite a beautiful type of bitch... a little bit small for my taste but beautiful. Lovely head and eye, nice fluid movement, good angulations and a wonderful coat. I had a great time and I would like to thank all the friends, breeders, handlers traders and sellers who made these days special! Reggio Emilia Dog Show Cluster + Specialties (I) - 16-18.03.2018

Wow what a weekend, I'm still on cloud nine and speechless. It's been a while since we've been to the Reggio Emilia shows, but it's always a pleasure to show there, since usually you win mouthwatering local food like cotechino, prosciutto and other goodies (I'd take a big prosciutto over a rosette anytime lol).
