How could we miss "the" event of the year, especially since such an esteemed judge as Jim Sillers, Seabury Borzoi, was judging our breed at one of the most important sighthound shows in Europe? As always the atmosphere and company was excellent, and the breed entry was numerous. It was a very interesting experience, especially hearing Dr. Sillers' opinions and explanations of the Borzoi standard, a memory I will treasure in the years to come. Our thanks go especially to Regina and Frank Thurnheer for the hospitality and to Herbert and Gerli of Tsar Borzois and Marit of Le Sphinx for the company. Our own dogs didn't go spectacularly, Hiba gaining vg in champion class and her daughter an exc. in open, but we had much fun and the weather was perfect for taking photos.
